Lake Motel is Hiring a Maintenance Worker Near Lake George, NY
Position Overview:
As a Maintenance Technician at Lake Motel, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the overall upkeep and functionality of our facilities. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and a commitment to delivering a positive guest experience. This is a full-time position with the expectation of working weekends.
Responsibilities:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including plumbing, electrical, and general maintenance in guest rooms.
- Conduct regular inspections of the premises to identify and address issues promptly.
- Respond to guest requests and resolve maintenance-related concerns in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate maintenance activities.
- Keep accurate records of maintenance and repair work.
Qualifications:
- Strong knowledge of general maintenance processes and methods.
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair various systems, including plumbing, electrical
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Flexibility to work weekends and respond to emergency situations.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $20.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed
